Sussex is famous for it’s vast rolling grassy hills and muddy footpaths. A long country walk or bike ride is a great place to start when you visit Sussex. There is so much natural beauty to be appreciated in the region and by walking or cycling you get to see every part of this and experience it at it’s best. For an amazing view travel up to the top of Leith Hill. It is the highest point in West Sussex and you can literally see for miles as far as Gatwick Airport and even London on a clear day. Once you’ve worked up a bit of a sweat, quench your thirst with a stop off pint of local ale at one of the many pubs along the way.
